Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026. We have tried to write this the way we would explain it to you on the phone.

The short version

We ask for as little as we can. We do not sell anything about you to anybody. If you would like us to delete what we hold, we will, and we do not ask why.

What we collect, and only when you give it

  • If you take the quizYour answers are worked out in your own browser. If you then ask us to send your result, we keep the email address you typed so that we can send it and, occasionally, a helpful tip. Nothing else.
  • If you book a setup callYour name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number, the package you are interested in, when you are free, and anything you write in the notes box. We keep these so we can arrange your call.
  • If you use the chat windowWhat you type is sent to OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT, so it can answer you. Please do not type passwords, bank details or your full health history into it — that is good advice for any AI chat, not only ours.
  • Ordinary web recordsOur server keeps the usual note of which pages were requested and the address they were requested from, which is how any website on the internet works. We use it to keep the site up, not to build a profile of you.

What we do not do

  • •We do not sell or rent your details to anyone. Not ever.
  • •We do not run advertising trackers on this site, so nobody is following you around the internet because you visited us.
  • •We do not sign you up for anything you did not ask for, and every email we send has a way to stop them.
  • •We do not ask for, and will never ask for, your passwords, your bank details or your credit card number by email or in the chat window. If anybody claiming to be us does, it is not us.

Who else sees it

Two others, and only for the job they do. OpenAI receives what you type into the chat window in order to reply to it. Our email provider carries the messages we send you. Neither is given anything for their own use. Our own servers are in Canada.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are kept while we are arranging your call and for a year afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off if you come back to us. Email addresses are kept until you tell us to stop. Chat conversations are held for an hour and then cleared.

Your rights, and how to use them

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it. There is no form to fill in and no fee. Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA, and Alberta's PIPA) gives you these rights and we would honour them anyway.

The quickest way to reach us is the contact form. Write "privacy request" in the notes box and a person will deal with it — it does not go to a robot.

Children

This service is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18, and if we find that we have, we delete it.

If this policy changes

We will change the date at the top and, if the change is a significant one, say so on the site. We will not quietly start doing something with your details that this page says we do not do.
